SSN
Tax Filing Year
Filing Status (Single, Married Filing Joint, Head of Household, etc.)
Refund Amount - Exact refund amount shown on your tax return. On the 2023 1040, this is the amount shown on line 35a.

- Option 1 – Secure File Upload Link - MEGA Link
  - The MEGA link (unlike email) is a safe and secure way for you to digitally transfer to me your sensitive
    documents. MEGA.nz, the file transfer host, provides secure, zero-knowledge or end-to-end encryption.
    The file transfer host does not know the encryption keys to uploaded files, thus, MEGA cannot decrypt
    and view the content.
  - You can upload any file type, however you may not upload folders.
  - You do not need a MEGA account to upload files using the Secure File Upload Link.
  - Only Jennifer Spidle, CPA will be able to view the files uploaded using the MEGA Link.
  - The 2023 Tax Season Secure File Upload Link is provided to all clients.
    - Please do not email your sensitive documents.
